Course# 105213 UNLAWFUL HARASSMENT DISCRIMINATION TRAINING
This course addresses standards to prevent harassment and discrimination on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, national origin, color, and disability.
This course fulfills the State of Utah's 1993 Governor's Executive Order for unlawful harassment prevention training.
- This class is mandatory for all DHS employees
- This class is taught in New Employee Orientation Training
- Emplyees must take a refresher course every 3 years
- Classes may be requested by agency management
